The NM 902 is a reliable, servo‑driven tube filler designed for high‑efficiency production across plastic, metal, laminate, and monomaterial tubes with diameters from 10 to 50 mm, operating at 100 tubes per minute or up to 120 as an option. All main operations are servo‑controlled, ensuring precise fine‑tuning and smooth changeovers, and the system also offers optional swirl filling and 3‑color filling capabilities. Its clean and enclosed design makes it suitable for clean‑room environments, while its ability to handle sustainable, paper‑based and monomaterial tubes strengthens its alignment with environmentally conscious production requirements.  

NC 100 – Flexible cartoning performance for modern tube packaging lines
The NC 100 is a high‑efficiency cartoning machine engineered for automated carton erecting, filling, and closing at speeds up to 100 cartons per minute. Its compact and ergonomic design supports both leading‑ and trailing‑edge carton erection and offers fast, controlled changeovers through up to fifty pre‑programmed formats. The combination of precision, production continuity, and long‑term mechanical reliability makes it particularly well‑suited for demanding pharmaceutical and cosmetic environments.  

NTP 80 – From boxes to trays in five minutes: a flexibility champion
The NTP 80 is a versatile tray and case packing solution operating at up to 80 ppm and capable of connecting to any tube filler without hardware integration. Its software enables a switch from shipping boxes to shelf‑ready trays in a maximum of five minutes with minimal format parts, supporting various packing patterns such as tubes positioned vertically or horizontally. Its compact footprint and user‑friendly operation require no robotic expertise, and its sustainability advantage lies in enabling tray‑based tube and bottle packing with significant material reduction compared to individual cartons.
