The machine documentation includes all drawings and design specifications from the time the machine was delivered. This is crucial to be able to offer upgrade kits for your machine even if it has been installed and in operation for decades.

Training

Norden Academy offers structured, hands-on training for operators, technicians and maintenance staff to maximize machine performance, production quality and long-term profitability. The programs are led by experienced technicians in tube filling, cartoning, tray-and box packaging technology and consist of hands-on training, mixed with machine theory and Q&A classes. You can choose between a number of specified training programs:

  • Machine Introduction – Introduction to safety features, basic machine operation, manuals and format changeover, provided during machine installation.
  • Basic Operator Training – Hands-on training covering safe machine operation, HMI functions, format changeover, material loading, cleaning and basic troubleshooting.
  • Advanced Operator & Technician Training – In-depth theoretical and practical training on machine operation, troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Control System Training – Theoretical and practical training on Norden control systems, including Norden EasyWare II
  • Robot Infeed Training – Hands-on training covering robot infeed operation, handling, fine-tuning settings and setting up new formats.
     

All courses except the Machine Introduction and Basic Operator Training will take place at Norden Training Centre in Kalmar – in English or Swedish.  Training at customer site or in other languages can be requested/quoted.
We also offer eTraining with flexible, entry-level online courses to support onboarding, upskilling, knowledge gaps and preparation for instructor-led training.
