Newly formed Customer Service Teams

In order to strengthen the presence on the market Norden Customer Service has undertaken some structural changes. The customer service department has formed six Customer Service teams, as per October 2018.
The reason for putting the new organisation into place is to give an active support to customers.
"We want to increase service satisfaction and give faster feedback, and this goes for all markets" says Christer Bäck, Customer Services Senior Manager. Each Customer Service Team have specific geographical zones to cover.

Customer Service Area Sales Manager & Sales Operation
The role of the Customer Service Area Sales manager is to take active part in developing the markets and sales channels. “The customer can turn to the Area Manager for the full range of the entire Norden CS product portfolio. They will be onsite for customer visits and local events” says Christer Bäck.
Sales Operation is the heart of customer service, which is taking care of the daily flow of incoming requests, quotation and order handling.
