As long as Norden have manufactured tube filling and cartoning machines, we have supplied customers with spare parts and service.
In 1993 Norden decided to designate a group of people with different backgrounds to promote After Sales as a new product, providing a wider range of products for our customers. This group included people from After Sales, Service, Machinery Sales, Design and Documentation.
The collective experience of these people has allowed us to continually provide new and innovative ways to service and up-grade the Norden machines in the field today.
